We're delighted to introduce our convenient self-service returns process. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return through your sol athleisure account within 30 days of receiving your order. Follow these simple steps:

  • Log in to your sol athleisure account.
  • Go to the "Orders" section.
  • Locate the order containing the item you want to return.
  • Click on "Return Items" and follow the prompts to complete your return request.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Items showing signs of damage, wear, alteration, or misuse are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll send you an email update about your refund status. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

4. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support at hello@solathleisure.com.au within 7 days of receiving the order. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and arranging for a replacement or refund.

7. Exchanges:

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, initiate a return as per the Returns Process above and place a new order for the desired item.
